Artificial Intelligence (AI) Scribe Policy

We may ask you if you consent to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) scribe tool called Jane AI Scribe during your physiotherapy appointments. This tool helps to generate clinical notes from our conversations, which are carefully reviewed, edited and signed by your physiotherapist. It allows us to spend more time focused on your care and less on documentation.

Jane AI Scribe complies with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

Your participation is completely voluntary.

If you do not agree, this will have no impact on the care you receive.
