All of our patients will receive a Welcome Email with a link to set up a new Jane login. Once logged in, you will be able to book, cancel and reschedule appointments online and view your exercises online.

IMPORTANT! You will continue to have access to your Juvonno patient portal account (our patient management system prior to December 7, 2023) to view your exercises, handouts, and invoices until April 30, 2024. Unfortunately, these documents will not appear in the new Jane portal. We recommend that you download and save any documents in the portal that you would like to keep as they will no longer be accessible beyond April 30, 2024.
